The install code is the product. Once it has been issued to your dashboard, the order counts as delivered.
No refunds after delivery
Non-refundable after delivery — including plans never installed, never activated, or left with unused data. Placing the order means you accept this.
Validity starts at activation
Validity starts at activation, not at purchase. The package ends when the data is used up or the period expires, whichever comes first; unused data is not carried over or refunded.
Unlocked eSIM device, one install
Needs an unlocked, eSIM-capable device. The code installs once; a deleted profile cannot be re-issued.
